Tell us what you think
WhattaRAG is early. The shape of what comes next is genuinely shaped by what early users tell us — what's missing, what's awkward, what they wish it did.
If you have a minute to share, we'd be grateful for it.
Send feedback
Anything is useful: a feature you wish existed, a rough edge in the interface, a sentence that confused you, a use case you tried that didn't quite work, or a moment where the app surprised you in a good way.
You don't need to be polished. A two-line email is fine. We'd rather hear the honest version than the diplomatic one.
What happens to what you send
- A person reads it. Always.
- We reply if a reply is useful — but we won't spam you with "thanks for your feedback" auto-responses.
- Recurring themes shape the roadmap. We won't tell you we're building something we aren't, but if your suggestion lines up with where we're headed, we'll say so.
- Your message stays between you and us. We don't share, sell, or aggregate feedback into a third-party tool.
What we're listening for right now
We're paying particular attention to:
- The first 60 seconds: onboarding, first document import, first question. Where do people get stuck?
- Document handling: which file types matter, what breaks, what feels slow.
- The two chat modes: is the distinction clear, do people use both, which feels more valuable.
That doesn't mean other feedback isn't welcome — just that those are the questions on our mind.
